Director of Pharmacy Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all drug distribution in the facility
- Ensures that the pharmacy provides optimal services; meets all legal, regulatory, accreditation, and certification requirements; and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes and standards
- Required to be onsite.
- Other duties as assigned.
Director of Pharmacy Qualifications:
- Graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school. Bachelors required. PharmD preferred
- Five plus (5+) years of hospital pharmacy, including two years of management or supervisory experience.
- Valid license to practice as a pharmacist in the state of Texas or Eligible
