Regional Manager
This position is with an industry leading medical aesthetics group that is partnering with, acquiring and opening best-in-class clinics and brands across the USA. The group provides world-class support to their partner-clinics. This group is in need of a Regional Manager to help run a very busy San Francisco based practice. The RM is responsible for the overall operations and performance of the clinic. It will report directly to the COO.
Geography:
This group is a national organization with locations across the country. This role will focus on a SF based practice that has a second location just outside the city. The right candidate will need to be in the area and have a presence at the locations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a positive and supportive team environment that prioritizes collaboration, professionalism, and client-centered care.
- Coordinate the scheduling of administrative and clinical staff to ensure seamless operations and adequate coverage.
- Address staff performance issues promptly and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Lead the recruitment process for new team members, including conducting interviews, assessing cultural fit, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed for effective performance.
- Master our electronic medical records and point-of-sale systems and provide ongoing training to staff on best practices.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain adherence to the company’s high standards and guidelines within the clinics.
- Oversee regional budget management, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Manage inventory, including ordering essential medical supplies and general stock to maintain adequate levels.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of clinic equipment to ensure safe and effective treatments.
- Direct marketing and advertising campaigns to maximize effectiveness across various channels.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the clinics and develop strategies for implementation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a healthcare facility or similar business with more than ten employees.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.
