System Controller
Location: Coastal Maine, where you will find picturesque harbors dotted with fishing boats, colorful blueberry barrens, and quintessential New England towns
About the Position of System Controller:
- Oversee the accounting operations related to General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Accounts Payable.
- Ensure adherence to Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as well as pertinent regulations from State and Federal Regulatory Agencies.
- Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Requirements for the System Controller Role:
- Hold a degree in Accounting or Business with a concentration in Accounting.
- Possess at least 7 years of experience in Financial Accounting functions.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital accounting.
