We are currently working with a PE backed healthcare organization looking to add a Director Revenue Cycle to their team. The Director will need to have full cycle RCM experience and continue to lead efforts in centralizing the RCM function.
This role will report to the CFO and have approximately 20 direct reports
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivating relationships with care center colleagues, which involves providing training on RCM duties, overseeing processes and outcomes, and collaborating with Care Center leaders to resolve issues effectively.
- Implementing standardized ‘Front-End’ RCM policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Overseeing the RCM aspect of acquisitions, including monitoring the acquisition pipeline and ensuring that the “Outsourced Provider” is well-informed and effectively managing the RCM integration of new acquisitions.
- Meeting or surpassing all RCM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to front-end processes.
- Attaining targeted results for patient payments, care center-sourced denials, and satisfaction levels among care centers and providers.
- Actively collaborating with other RCM leaders to ensure that all RCM functions achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications/Education/Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant revenue cycle management experience in the healthcare sector.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Profound understanding of revenue cycle management processes (billing, collections, posting, credentialing, etc.).
- Strong financial proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of devising effective solutions for intricate business challenges.
- Ability to identify issues, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in relation to the Revenue Cycle. Proficiency in analyzing and recommending initiatives for process improvement within departments and sites. Capacity to interpret a wide range of information, problem-solve, and communicate solutions effectively.
