We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from inception to fruition, contributing to the resolution of product and process challenges, and supporting the development of innovative solutions for new products and processes. Your responsibilities will encompass mechanical design across a diverse array of projects, ranging from prototypes to new commercial products, all within a dynamic advanced product development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial conception to final execution.

• Generate project requirements to address product and process issues, initiate technical investigations, and prepare design specifications and analyses for management review and approval.

• Undertake mechanical design tasks for a wide spectrum of projects, including prototypes, pre-commercial products, and new commercial offerings, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to industrial manufacturing clients.

• Thrive in a diverse and technically challenging environment, demonstrating enthusiasm for tackling complex problems and pushing the boundaries of technology.

• Exhibit exceptional mechanical and machine design abilities, drawing on extensive experience in product development and design for manufacturing.

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and independently, as directed by management, to develop and finalize product designs.

• Utilize strong CAD and CAE skills for design and analysis purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MEP experience is required.

• Strong attention to detail and proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach, adaptability, and a focus on client satisfaction.

• Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.

Technology and Computer Proficiency:

• Proficient/Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.

• EIT (Engineer in Training) certification mandatory.

• Preferred experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related field.

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Tuesday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Work Authorization:

• Eligible to work in the United States.
